After earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico, Jason moved to the Sacramento Area to start his career.  He was able to quickly earn his California Structural Engineer license which enabled greater opportunities.  During his 19 year career, he has worked for a variety of companies including:  small and mid-size structural design firms, multi-disciplinary firms and construction companies.  

Working in these different environments, Jason has developed a great appreciation for the importance of working together as a team.  He is always mindful of and strongly considers how his design will affect the work of other consultants and trades.  Jason truly believes in being a "team player" and using his experience and expertise to help the team produce the best possible project in the design phase and throughout construction.
